Some Beach Somewhere.....

Well, it's hard to believe that here in the United States summer is rapidly coming to an end.  Not that the summer temperatures will be totally gone but that the children will be going back to school.  But for now over on Cards in Envy, we are celebrating summer with  "Toes in the Sand" as our new 2 week challenge. That means we are hoping you will share your summery BEACH themed cards with us on our challenge blog.  Remember all cards for the Cards in Envy challenges MUST be A2 size (4.25"x5.5") AND flat enough to fit in an envy for mailing with a single stamp.

For this card I went to my favorite digi designer, Di's Digi Designs, and printed up the "Seaside Izzy" image.  I colored her and the image background with Copic markers.

The beachy, summer papers are from Fancy Pants, Nautical 6x6 paper pad paired with red cardstock. The sentiments are computer generated in Word and printed in a light brown ink color.  I also used a bit of my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen to add some sparkle to the water.
