3x3 Challenge for Graphic 45 * Spring Sewing Box!

Three Graphic 45 Brand Ambassadors + Three Graphic 45 Products = Three Different Projects!

It's a fun challenge that three of the Brand Ambassadors are assigned to participate in each month.

This time we were to use a 5x5 Mixed Media Box, Lion Head Knocker and Deluxe Collector's Edition--all by Graphic 45.  For my project I chose a black 5x5 box and the beautiful Secret Garden DCE.  You can see the lion head knocker on the front bottom edge of my box.  This is a sewing box with a mini album and dividers on the inside.  I paired it with black velvet rick rack ribbon and black vintage buttons to showcase the pretty Spring colors.

The little mini album is attached to the inside lid of the box with a magnet under the decorative paper.  The dividers are made out of chipboard scraps with slits cut to make them lock together and are wrapped with more of the pretty papers from the collection.

Here's the little album out of the box...

A fun project and so easy to make as the box is pre-assembled from Graphic 45 and comes with the photo mats that fit in the box that you can use to create the album.  Just use cardstock hinges to attach them all together to form the album.

I hope you are having a wonderful week with some beautiful Spring like weather (finally). We still have the chance of a few more unseasonably cool (or cold) days for us here in Texas so it's nice to see this very Spring like Sewing Box.  Please head over to the Graphic 45 blog to check out the 3x3 challenge and see what Einat & Elena have also created for this challenge. It should be posted around 11:00 a.m. Central Daylight Savings Time.  You'll get a lot of great ideas plus tips and maybe some fun facts.  Just click >HERE< for the Graphic 45 blog link.  And of course, there's a weekly blog giveaway over on their blog.

Happy Crafting!
Sandy
