It's Birthday Party Time! {Happy Birthday Card}

Hello and Happy Monday!  Today I'm sharing this cute birthday card that I created for the Cards in Envy card challenge that starts today.   The theme is "It's Birthday Party Time."  Of course that means birthday cards.

Here's what I used to create mine:
  • White Cardstock
  • Patterned Papers from my Stash
  • Penny Black Birthday Cat from the "Bubbly" Set
  • Stampin' Up! Endless Birthday Sentiment Set
  • Black Tuxedo Memento Ink for the image
  • Prima Color Philosophy Fruit Punch Ink for the sentiment
  • Stitched Rectangle Dies
  • Copic Markers
  • Tim Holtz Stamping Platform
I had fun coloring this stamped image.  I haven't colored with my Copics much lately and I was happy to get back into it with this image.  In fact, I colored another birthday cat image from the same stamp set and created another card that I will share next Monday.  If you enjoy coloring, I hope you'll color something for a birthday card and share it with us over on Cards in Envy.

Happy Crafting!

  1. The card looks amazing, and I loved the choice of colors. I’m not very good when it comes to art and craft but I’m still making a card for my brother. His birthday is this weekend, and I want to present him with something handmade. We will also be having an awesome party. Dad has just booked one of the nearby rental spaces for parties for the celebrations.
