Holiday Cheer { Cards in Envy Challenge}
It's time for a new challenge over on Cards in Envy! It's our last one for 2014. Our first challenge for 2015 will be on January 5th, so you've got lots of time to make a card {even with the holidays because you do need a little YOU time!} Our theme for this challenge is "Inspired by a Christmas Carol." All you have to do is create an A2 (4.25" x 5.5") card that is flat enough to fit in an envy for mailing that's inspired by a Christmas Carol or song AND share in your blog post what song inspired you.
Can you guess the song that inspired me? It's "White Christmas." I had the idea and wanted to emboss everything in white but it didn't really show up well. At least I didn't think it did, so I went with the illusion of "white" by used silver embossing powder on a white background. It makes me think of "White Christmas" and that's what matters. Ha, ha.
