Large Folio Album Class @ Flossie Scrappers

This class is for those of you who didn't want a Curio Cabinet with the album inside but did love the large folio album.  And it's also for those of you who took the Curio Cabinet/Album class and want a second album.  On Saturday, November 4th, 2017 at Flossie Scrapper in Joshua, Texas I will be teaching you how to make a blank large folio album with all the flips, flaps, pockets, pages and waterfall pages that this one has.  It's exactly the same as the Master Detective one that went in the Curio Cabinet.  I have done this sample in the new Graphic 45 Winter Wonderland collection.  It's a wonderful pattern design and if you want to take the class and do your album in the same papers, contact the store.  You will need a minimum of 45 sheets (12x12).  I did not make notes of how many sheets I used for each different pattern but the album is on display at the store if you need to look at it.

Registration and Payment Required by: Wednesday, October 25th
Class size is LIMITED as each attendee will need a full size table to create this album. Once the cover is assembled and wrapped it measures 41" when opened.. Please do not plan on sharing tools or supplies (See list below). Due to the time needed to assemble this album, please bring your lunch or plan to order take-out next door.

The class fee includes the pre-cut chipboard for the album cover, transparency plastic sheet and 32 full sheets of 12x12 KRAFT cardstock to wrap your album cover and to cut your pages & pockets, plus an instruction guide with photos. Patterned paper is not included and you will need to bring or buy 12x12 patterned paper for the album (minimum of 45 sheets). You may create your album in any paper collection that you choose. The class sample is done in the new Graphic 45 Winter Wonderland Collection.

You will need to bring the following tools/supplies to class:
12" trimmer
12" score board
Bone folder
Scissors
12" Ruler
Pencil & Marker (you may need both black or white markers depending on your patterned paper)
1/4" double sided tape (Miracle tape or Scor-Tape)
3/8" double sided tape (Miracle tape or Scor-Tape)
Un-Du
Glue (Art Glitter Designer glue preferred with metal tip)
Corner Rounder or Decorative Corner Punch
Brad Piercer
12x12 Patterned Paper, minimum 45 sheets
Chipboard elements to match your paper collection OR Stickers/Cut Outs from Paper plus scrap of chipboard to create a swing tab for one of the album pages.
Crop-a-dile if creating your own chipboard element for the swing tab
Large Acrylic Stamp (Image of your choice to compliment your album theme) and acrylic stamping block or Large Rubber Stamp (You will stamp an image for the clear pocket)
Archival Ink Stamp Pad - Black
Distress Ink in color desired and ink applicator (Optional if you want to ink your patterned paper)
Craft Knife and Cutting Mat
Flowers and other elements/embellishments to compliment your paper collection/theme if desired
1 1/4" wide Ribbon for the closure if desired, 1 yard
1 1/4" wide Ribbon for belly bands, 1 yard (You may use paper strips instead of ribbon for belly bands if desired)
Large Magnet Snaps, 1 package of 12 magnets
