Sunflowers by the Back Door for "Picture Day"

Well it’s certainly the season for sunflowers to bloom, at least here in Texas!  Earlier this spring we bought some sunflowers seeds or was it last year?  Anyway, son-in-law planted them.  He planted some in the ground in the backyard and then he planted some in big pots that are on our back deck.  He planned on re-planting them when the plants got big enough but well,  they grew really fast and so he just left them in the pots which is great because this is what you see now when you walk out the back door!

Such bright happy, sunshiny flowers!  I love sunflowers!
