A Fabulous Fall Wine Bottle Tag and Blog Hop!

It will soon be November, the month of fall gatherings, family dinners and Thanksgiving.  Perhaps you'd like to take a thank you gift to the hostess such as a beautifully decorated bottle of wine or sparkling apple cider. Decorating a tag to fit on the bottle is oh so easy with the beautiful Graphic 45 Bonticabella papers and Children's Hour (Autumn season) chipboard tags.  Add a bit of lace, pretty Fall floral pieces and ribbon to finish it all off.  I created this bottle tag for my simple and quick designer project for October and I'm quite happy with how it turned out.
